We hope you enjoy your items as much as we have enjoyed creating them for you. We do our very best to provide quality products that our customers will love.
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, however, we do not accept change of mind returns so please choose carefully and check our size guides to ensure you get the right size.
Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or in a damaged condition we will provide a refund as per the Consumer Guarantees Act, New Zealand.
This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or materials. Defects are holes in material, broken seams or tears. Defects are not differences in opinion on how techniques are done.
We allow 30 days for faulty items to be returned, but please get in touch as soon as possible.
Please contact us at pakawownz@gmail.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval.
Only unworn items in as new condition with tags attached will be accepted for return/exchange.
Shipping Costs

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
To return your product you are responsible for your own shipping costs.
Sale Items

All sale item sales are final and non-refundable, except for where defects in materials or workmanship are found.
Custom Orders

Please note custom orders are not refundable, as they are cut and made specifically for you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
if you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 14 days from the date of us receiving your item for us to process your refund.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt of purchase as well as a contact email address.
